Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and an additional 5-10 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Missing/Damaged Parts

If you receive a product that is missing parts or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ancienttreasure@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns/Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
